TRADITION AND INNOVATIONS IN STONE PROCESSING
The SANIT-GRANIT company history dates back to 1952. Today, this gigantic company is managed by fourth generation of Grabovica family which proudly emphasizes that they have inherited their business from their great-grandfather Ibro Grabovica. Starting from his modest artisanal processing of granite for headstones in Modriča, production capacities have been gradually expanded and modernized. The business was handed down from father Ibro to son Salko Grabovica who was the first importer of Italian stone in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After 1995, his sons, Semir and Sanel, established another production facility in Srebrenik extending the products portfolio to the exterior and interior sectors. Sanel Grabovica was the first to import the stone from India. Innovation trend continued. In 2022 SANIT-GRANIT acquired the FASTER edge-polishing machine manufactured by MONTRESOR – part of BIESSE from 2022, resulting in improvements in quality of production and reduction of production time. Semir and Sanel Grabovica are positive that transition to high-tech production was decisive for growth of their business activity. They had to broaden their professional knowledge and improve operational conditions and dedicate themselves to machine maintenance, taking care of each detail, all in order to provide regular and unimpeded operations of macinery and respect stipulated delivery terms. It is their main goal because they respect all their customers and make great efforts to remain at the top, which is very difficult nowadays.
SANIT-GRANIT company is specialized in processing and transportation of granite, marble and quartz and it is located at three places in Bosnia and Hercegovina: Srebrenik, Modriča and Cerik. Besides that, they are also engaged in retail. They are exporting their products in numerous EU countries.
Some of their biggest clients are: BINGO Tuzla, YIMOR Orašje and ŠIRBEGOVIĆ INŽENJERING.

It is especially suitable for use in the processing of bathroom and kitchen worktops, building materials, furniture, interior, building items (stairs, thresholds, window sills) and funeral art.
