ESTE TEAM DOO
The need for local service support was imposed as an obligation with the first sold machine in the field of CNC technology back in 2005. At that time, the Service Department was formed within ESTE TEAM DOO with its headquarters in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. This geographical position in the center of the region allows our technicians to provide direct technical assistance to clients from any part of Southeast Europe in the shortest possible time.
The priority of the technical service of ESTE TEAM DOO is to provide fast and quality after-sales services when and where necessary. We install new machines, train operators to work on them as well as perform service interventions as needed. This service is also in charge of ordering spare parts and telephone assistance, all in order for our clients to be able to carry out their work activities without interruption.
The work is performed by certified service technicians who are trained in the training centers of equipment manufacturers.

Repairs are performed using original spare parts recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Currently, the service department of ESTE TEAM DOO consists of 3 highly professional service technicians and 2 administrative officers, who function as a team with the aim of providing customers with maximum speed and quality service, whether installation, training, repair, or ordering spare parts and tools.
Constant training to support the technological progress of our foreign partners, the world’s leading machine manufacturers in their sectors, necessary tools and PC equipment, as well as vehicles, are only part of the investment in technical service.
Of course, all this is not possible without educated and dedicated staff, especially having in mind the profile of a service technician, who must be very versatile, with detailed knowledge not only of machines and materials being processed, but also mechanics, computer science and foreign languages, as well as a sense of imparting knowledge to others.
We are proud to point out that technical service of ESTE TEAM DOO is engaged outside our region when local obligations allow it. Thanks to their technical training but also excellent knowledge of foreign languages, our service technicians provide their professional services to clients. Until now, hundreds of machines have been installed in nearly 30 countries, from Sweden in the north to Angola in the south and from the United States to Iran.
